Library patrons are still not allowed to eat or drink in the rest of the Library or Computer Lab.
Fines & Fees
Grades will be withheld if items are not returned and fines are not paid.
Overdue Fines -
- $.25 per day for videos/reserves
- $.05 per day for books/magazines
Long Overdue Items -
- The full replacement cost of the item is charged.
- If the item is returned within a reasonable time period, half of the replacement cost will be forgiven.
- The other half of the fee serves as the overdue fine.
Overdue notices are sent via email or U.S. mail after the due date.
Lab Closing
The Library's computer lab closes 15 minutes before the Library closes.
This ensures that all print jobs and computer log-off processes can be completed before the staff needs to leave at the end of the evening.

Journals
The Library subscribes to over 350 print journals and more than 15,000 electronic journals.
To keep our collection current, print journals are usually kept on the shelves for 1-2 years (depending upon subject matter). Newspapers are kept for 1-2 months.
Check the Library Catalog to see how long each printed journal/newspaper is kept in the Library.
E-Journals can be accessed through the Library's Journal List or by searching the Library's Article Resources.
Laptops

The Library has 19 laptops available for faculty to use for college-related activities.
- Laptops circulate for 2 weeks and can only be renewed if there is no waiting list.
- Laptops can be renewed 3 times before they must be returned to the Library. If there is no waiting list, you will be allowed to check out a different laptop.
- Exceptions to this policy will only be made per a request from a Dean, Vice-President, or President.
Laptops can be reserved by contacting Jackie Weier (920-498-6289) or, in the evening, Erika Smith (920-498-5694). Please confirm in advance that the laptop has the software and hardware that you will need.
