The NWTC Library pays $2 each time a student or instructor accesses a video. They can view that video as often as they need to for 3 days before the Library is charged again.
This pay-per-use model is an experiment. The NWTC Library has a limited budget dedicated to this resource and will limit the selection if usage exceeds the budget. Any videos that were used often for classes would be licensed for continued usage.
