Physical items can be picked up in the NWTC Green Bay Library (SC215). Employees in Green Bay may requested campus mail delivery. You will receive an email notifying you that the loan is ready to be picked up at the NWTC Green Bay Library (SC215) or accessible online.
Articles and other e-content will be emailed to the email address provided on your interlibrary loan request form. The email will include a web address and a password that you will enter to access the PDF.
To track your requests, sign in to Library Search and click on My Account. Loans ready for pickup will be listed under Requests. Once you pick up the item, you can check the due date under the Checkouts tab.
